我司承诺及保证上传的所有合同及附件均合法、真实且有效，且合同中约定销售的产品、目的地或约定的其他条件均不会违反相关适用国家法律法规、不会违反Shopify相关协议、规则，如Shopify依据合理证据判定我司存在违规行为，平台有权依据Shopify相关规则对我司进行处罚，如给平台造成损失的，我司同意赔偿平台全部损失，损失赔偿范围包括但不限于行政罚款、向第三人支付的经济赔偿金或者和解金、诉讼费（或仲裁费）、公证费、保全费、公告费、执行费、律师费、差旅费、财产保全担保费等。本申明正文为中文，另附英文副本，均具有相同法律效力，如不同版本之间发生歧义或冲突，以中文版本为准。

二、关于提供真实物流信息及物流凭证的承诺

我司承诺并保证所提供的物流信息及对应物流凭证（包括境内段和海外段物流）均合法、真实、有效及完整，特别是海外段物流将重点确认和核对。我司确认所提供的物流信息不存在任何违法、侵权、虚假或无效情形，也不存在任何伪造、变造或冒用他人凭证的情形。阿里巴巴国际站有权对我司提供的物流信息及凭证进行审核，如经平台认定我司存在违反阿里巴巴国际站相关规则行为，平台有权依据《Shopify交易违规处罚规则》中第8条“提供虚假凭证”或其他相关规则对我司进行相应违规处罚，同时如因我司的违法违规行为给Shopify站造成损失的，我司同意赔偿Shopify遭受的全部损失，损失赔偿范围包括但不限于行政罚款、向第三人支付的经济赔偿金或者和解金、诉讼费（或仲裁费）、公证费、保全费、公告费、执行费、律师费、差旅费、财产保全担保费等。本申明正文为中文，另附英文副本，均具有相同法律效力，如不同版本之间发生歧义或冲突，以中文版本为准
